How fast do you respond?

Typically within one working day. Customers on a managed-service contract get the agreed (faster) response times.

Do you also work with practices outside your region?

On-site we work in the Braunschweig, Schwülper, Wolfsburg and Salzgitter area. Remote (remote support, MDM, IT security) we serve all of Germany.

What does a consultation cost?

The initial call is always free. Follow-up work is offered by the hour or as a flat rate — transparent before you commission.

Do I need a data-processing agreement?

If we have access to personal data (remote support in the practice, hosting), yes — and we supply the DPA. For a pure consultation, it's not required.
