I'm Jonas Wilke, founder and owner of WILKE IT. For years my focus has been on Mac-based IT environments and on supporting medical practices — in particular around the practice management software tomedo®.
What drives me is the conviction that IT in sensitive environments has to work quietly. It should make the team's work easier — not demand attention for itself. That involves discretion, clear communication, and saying no to anything that's only "nice to have" but adds complexity.
