Migration to tomedo®
Moving from another system? We plan the transition together with you and zollsoft: schedule, hardware preparation, go-live day, clean cut-over without unnecessary practice downtime.
Hardware partner
We supply and set up the right Mac hardware: server Mac, workstations, iPads for ward rounds, plus the right peripherals — receipt printers, label printers, card terminals.
On-site system installation
Server setup, network, Wi-Fi, printer integration, card readers and connector wiring — everything that runs underneath tomedo® comes from one source and is properly documented.
User support in operations
During day-to-day operations we are your first point of contact — via remote support (TeamViewer + VPN). Quick help with questions in the daily routine, including workflow and feature questions, plus support when applying updates.

On the hardware and network side we look after the usual interfaces that tomedo® talks to in the practice — physical connection, wiring, connector and device integration.
TI & KIM
Telematics infrastructure and secure mail in healthcare — connector setup, network integration, commissioning.
GDT / BDT
Device data transfer and treatment data transfer — physical connection of lab devices, ECG, ultrasound and the like.
LDT / HL7
Lab data transfer and HL7 messages — network setup and connection tests with the systems involved.
