Business only
Private numbers and addresses have no place in Kundenbuch and are filtered out during import.
All business contacts and every interaction in one place. A native Apple app, synchronised via iCloud, no server of its own.
Screenshots show the German interface.
Kundenbuch is deliberately reduced to the essentials: contacts, interactions, notes, documents and follow-ups. No complicated sales pipelines, no endless forms.
Private numbers and addresses have no place in Kundenbuch and are filtered out during import.
Every call, email, meeting and document appears in the history of the contact it belongs to.
Native for Mac, iPad and iPhone, following Apple's design principles, synchronised via your own iCloud.
Calls, emails, meetings, notes, documents and voice notes are listed chronologically with the customer, grouped by month. Each entry has a title, date, notes and optional attachments; calls and emails also have a direction, incoming or outgoing.
Sidebar, contact list and history sit side by side. Keyboard shortcuts for the most frequent steps: new contact with ⌥⌘N, import contacts with ⇧⌘I.

Kundenbuch is provided individually and set up on your own devices. The best first step is to request a demo.
That depends on the scope and the setup and is discussed individually – happily as part of a demo.
In a short demo we show Kundenbuch on Mac, iPad and iPhone – from importing contacts to follow-ups. No obligation; pricing questions can be covered there too.
